PapMeister

Meister系列的產品，顧名思義，就是篩檢子宮頸癌的相關知識；免費的，大小只有113k，但是要用iSilo來看！以下是它的說明，對婦科醫師應該有幫助！ 點右圖可以下載！

PowerRUN

PowerRun是日本人山田達司所寫的Palm程式，主要功用是把Palm的應用程式搬移到記憶卡上來使用，可以省下PDA主記憶體的容量。移到記憶卡的程式會在你需要執行時自動搬到主記憶體執行，執行完畢又自動的移回記憶卡上面。最新版是1.31版，要價US$15，我覺得這是很好用的工具，如果老覺得主記憶體不夠用的PALM使用者，這是一定要買的啦！可以在Palmgear網站買！

Handbase出新版了

Handbase我以前介紹過，是很好用的資料庫軟體，以前只有Palm及Pocket PC版本，兩種版本的資料可以亙傳使用，有桌面程式，也可以跟Microsoft Access的資料庫同步。不過現在也有Smartphone (Windows Mobile & Symbian seriers 60)版本。
很久沒改版了，2006.3.10終於出新的3.5版了，這一版本終於支援目前很流行的五向鍵了，並更正了一些Bug，有買的人記得要免費更新哦！
詳細更新如下：

2006.4.6收到Handbase的信，告知出了3.51版了，馬上就下載更新了！發現3.51版的五向鍵功能更完美了，之前3.5版的bug有修正了，記得要更新喔！

3.51的安裝程式好像有bug，在安裝的時候會出現錯誤訊息，不要理它，一直按確定，還是會把desktop裝起來的，最後一定要輸人註冊碼才可以！你可能發現在裝好後桌面上看不到handbase desktop的捷徑，沒有關係，你可以自己建立它的捷徑！

Metro 更新

之前介紹過的Metro在2006.2.28更新到5.39版了！這次更新如下：

• New cities: Hampton Roads, VA (USA), Montelimar (France), Nice (France), Szeged (Hungary), Voiron (France)
• Major city changes: Anvers/Antwerpen, Berlin, Chicago, Grenoble, Los Angeles, Melbourne (with trams), Plovdiv, Prague, Toulouse

CHORUS -Collaborative Hypertext of Radiology

CHORUS is a "quick reference" hypertext for physicians and medical students. More than 1,100 documents describe:

1. diseases,
2. radiological findings,
3. differential-diagnosis lists ("gamuts"), and
4. pertinent anatomy, pathology, and physiology.

CHORUS documents are indexed topically by organ system and alphabetically by title. Docments are interconnected by a network of more than 2,200 hyperlinks.

以上採自原來網站的說明，我覺得很不錯，所以把這網站的內容轉成iSilo檔，就像你口袋裡裝了1100多張的Flashcard一樣，很快的可以查到疾病的重點，對各科的醫師都有用，對考試也很有幫助哦！按此下載！如果沒有PDA，也可以用網路版。

Treo650 new updater 1.20 APR

香港的PALM網站昨天公佈了新的ROM更新程式，這次終於出APR版本了，就是內建CJKOS中文系統的，建議所有用中文機的人都去更新！
如果你是用外掛中文系統的機子，網站上建議安裝LAP版本！
目前所知，這一次的更新至少有三種版本：
1. ENA (歐美版本，包括了很多歐洲國家語言)
2. LAP (亞太版，只有英文)
3. APR (中文版，內含中文系統)
軟體更新成功的話，你的手機應該會看到：
Software version number : Treo650-1.20-APR.
